My city is not supported yet. Can I use Karro?
Yes. You can use the app without linking your account to a city. Local coverage mainly lets us show the stores and prices available near you.

Why can't I see prices for my grocery store?
Prices are available when your store location is supported. If it is not supported yet, you can still create meal plans and grocery lists.

Are the displayed prices always accurate?
Karro uses observed prices to help you plan. Prices and availability can change between an observation and your visit to the store.

Is Karro free?
Yes. You can use Karro for free to create meal plans and grocery lists. Advanced features, such as comparing multiple store locations, are available with Karro Pro.

Does Karro choose my meals for me?
No. Karro suggests recipes based on your preferences, but you stay in control: you can replace, remove or change anything that does not suit you.
